Why learning a language through Drama?

Our Drama kids club offer children to learn English in a fun and creative way while developing their social skills and emotional intelligence.

Drama is a great way to develop social skills, increase confidence, and learn how to work effectively in a team. It is a fun and exciting means of self-expression and communication, stimulating creativity and soft skills. The participants will have the chance to explore their imagination, develop their performance skills, make new friends, and of course, expand their knowledge of the English language!

/ English and Drama Teacher
Anna has a passion for theatre and performance, and a keen interest in education. She graduated from the University of Sussex in 2018 with a BA (Hons) in Drama: Theatre and Performance with Philosophy Studies. Before her university journey, she spent her school years attending an English language theatre club (much like the one she will be leading with The Language Cloud), where she completed her LAMDA examinations in Acting. She has experience volunteering at theatre festivals and working with children for a performance called Lookout (Riga version) by Andy Field. The show was created and performed by local children aged 9-11 through a series of workshops. Apart from Latvia where she is originally from, Anna lived in various places in the world, including Belgium, USA, England, and now of course – Lithuania!
